Root Unrevoked Error

You guys have been the best, I will definately be sticking to these forums, very fast responses, and will be recommending Andriod forums to anyone else who needs help.

Hopefully as I learn more I will also beable to help others out myself to.

Just been informed on this too regarding rooting, hopefully this will help others:

System (/system): this is where your ROM resides. This is the partition where the root.zip you're installing from Recovery is trying to copy its contents to, namely "Superuser.apk" and "su". In order for this procedure to succeed, you must have at least 900 kB free on this partition (Superuser.apk + su = ~860 kB, if you're trying to install Superuser 3.0.7).
 
I though you may find that information useful SUroot, maybe even add it to one of your FAQ's or guides somewhere. ;)

Loving the RevolutioN ROM :D all went well, just setting my phone back up now, this is the 2nd ROM ive tried so far, the 1st was very very laggy on my device, PyramindMod007.
 
It's a good point about size. No idea why you had so little though as there should be plenty left over
