Root Unroot Droid Charge EE4

Hey Everyone!
I ran into a guide to root my Droid Charge on EE4:
Root Samsung Droid Charge On Android 2.2.1 Froyo
1) Will it work?

and 2) What method can I use afterward if I wanted to unroot it? I've searched around and have not yet found a way.

That will not work. You will need to get one of the custom kernels on xda and flash it through odin. Upon boot it will root your phone. There are also full odin packages that will put your phone back to stock. If you have used motorola phones think sbf.
