Help Unroot Incredible S (Bell)

So I'm kicking myself in the face now cause I used AlphaRevX to S-Off my phone and Clockwork Recovery ROM. It was fine till I found out I couldn't update my firmware just to the stock firmware.

So I then found an article that installing Amos recovery would help me but it actually caused recovery to not even load now.

I'm stick in a hard spot where I need to flash original recovery onto the device but don't know how anymore. Could someone guide me in the right direction and point me a spot where I can get the original recovery from? I just want the phone back to s-off and unrooted and normal recovery.

That sounds like the problem I had...had CWM installed...and couldn't take the Bell Gingerbread OTA upgrade.

Basically, you remove CWM by finding a standard recovery.img...once that's done, you'll be able to take the OTA upgrade.
