Root Unroot - Need Help

Followed the video and it works up until it asks if you want to update.. I did not get that... I just got the Flash, recovery, clear storage etc... So I did the clear storage but it doesnt get rid of root... and the Superuser Icon is stil there...

Can I get some help? Is Clockwork Mod causing this? How can I get rid of that as well?
