Root Unroot?

Hey everyone, i believe im doing this right.

my phone needs to be unrooted and sent back to three. its not that old about 6 months, but struggling to find the latest RUU to put on it? the posts ive looked at and searched are from last year.. can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am right by installing the latest RUU it will unroot the phone?

ANy advice appreciated

im having a problem. the RUU says it cant find my phone via usb cable even thgh it is plugged in and htc sync is connected to it. HTC sync does say there is a problem mounting my SD card thgh :/ any ideas?

Normally with most things root Sync should be deleted from the PC. My preferred way of doing an RUU is to extract a file called rom.zip from the RUU, rename it PB99IMG, put it in the root dir of your sd card and boot the phone into hboot. This does the same as an RUU only you don't need a PC.
