Root Unrooted myself!!

I was so proud of myself after rooting with not too much trouble but today found out my phone was unrooted .

When I installed a custom rom it asked if i wanted to wipe my phone's memory which I clicked yes, guessing that was my mistake?

Now do I root again using the same method, Visonary tool, or is there a lot more to it?

Edit:

Just thought I'd add i still have S-Off but terminal emulator which i intalled pre root was gone so i d/l it again but it won't let me open it. I still have the supernova access icon in my apps though.

Any idea's?

im new to this to but i would say u wiped the apps from your phone and not unrooted it try set cpu see if it works still on your phone as i beleive that needs to run on rooted android if i am wrong please be kind as this is my first post and only trying to help
