Root Unrooted with update

I updated my Sprint software and it unrooted my phone.

I used these instructions to Root:

using Astro and visionary. Do I need to do this again, or is there something that I can do to fix.

first off welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do you have s-off? what hboot do you have? (power off then press and hold power+vol down)

edit: what phone do you have? that video is for the evo shift.
