Help Unrooted?

I did a factory reset to try and clear a Bluetooth error and now my phone is not rooted. I previously used towelroot to root the phone. This will no longer work for some reason, saying device not supported. How do I get root back? I've got a rootchecker app that also tells me I'm not rooted

I've tried it in the international unlocked root forum and had no replies. Thought I'd be better to open it up to everyone if that's ok?

Im fairly new to the rooting myself. But you probably will need latest version of Odin and CF-Autoroot,depending on where you live and whether you have Exynos or Qualcom.
