What about CWM(6.0.1.1) on the phone? after i unroot can they tell it's been rooted after i unroot it?

Ok you ask how to get out of cwm well i went into the folders of my root explore and deleted the su files out of the system files. Pulled battery for 5min. Powered back up plug phone to the pc and used the unrooter first powered phone off and back on now i used the aio root or also known as the 6011 . Clicked on the the unroot and all of this was done while i had been in the back up i made when i first rooted my phone now when its finished unrooting you want to do a hard reset with the volume up/down keys and the power button . You should know how to complete that step when turn back on the su app may still be there hahahaha .... no it is u have to go into the market and remove from google play store

i used antTeck App Manager to delete the superuser app but you need to root and then delete the app then unroot the phone and there u go its gone

If you're trying to un-root, this guide here will work on ZVD.

will this unroot reset my phone to stock or will it just unroot it deleting all SU stuff while all apps and stuff stay intact?

also I'm assuming that I remove my SD card first?

Well its no way to unroot and apps stay . Now when u perform a unroot u need to reset the phone so any apps u have will need to be reinstalled . Now when u use this unroot u will need to have the stock zvd if not this will only unroot u on the current build . For example if u are on number 2. 1.9 you will need to put your stock zvd backup and then unroot ....
