So I finally called in and complained about the bionic issues. They basically said, wait for the update our take a warranty exchange. I have a rooted bionic but obviously they frown at this so I can't send this one back as is. I did the root on a PC but now I have a Mac so I don't have the same one click root/unroot tools. I unfroze all the frozen things I had, note I just wonder if a factory reset will do every job to bring back my warranty. Any help?
