Root Unrooting Help

A while ago I rooted my acer with ginger break on android ver 3.0. When the android 3.1 update came out, I didn't think to unroot my device, so I went ahead and installed 3.1. Now When I go to unroot from ginger break it sas I'm already unrooted, but I still have the super user app. And I can't root to 3.1.

You can't root v3.1 with Gingerbreak -- you have to use IconiaRoot instead. I know others who did not indoor prior to the v3.1 update, but the update will remove root. Just re-root with IconiaRoot and you should be fine.

Hey, my brother who happens to be in another state boutght a used iconia that was already rooted. He's having a bunch of camera problems now.
Does anybody have a link or advice for me on how to UN-root?
Is there just a firmware download? or a series of bootloader steps to get this thing back to factory rom?

If he's running HC 3.1 you can download "Iconia Root" from the Market.
If he's still on 3.01 he has to use Gingerbreak IIRC. ;)
