Root unrooting problems PLEASE help

(this is gixxalicious. im using my fiances account right now bc i lost my password and im too lazy to retrieve it lol)
ok so rooting with adb on my droid was a breeze. im trading my droid with someone for a fascinate and i need to unroot for them.
i have clockwork mod recovery screen and stuff. can i just click on wipe data/ factory reset on the clockwork mod screen and it wil unroot?
or is there a process to go through? how do i do it?
any help would be greaty appreciated.

download z4root from market and click the unroot button. then you can do a factory reset from the stock recovery so your friend can have a brand new droid.

Custom rom.
I tried leaving it stick but I had problems with the market app not showing apps when I searched them. It would just say those apps were not found when I had them installed just before I rooted so I installed lithium mod rom Gala.

i have the same problem i got my phone off ebay a couple months ago and well i was new to the android community and i didnt know what root was ... im just trying to get rid of the superuser permisions on that thing and start fresh on this droid .. btw it was rooted when i got it and i didnt know if that helps , so if anyone could help it would be very nice :)

not sure what the link above is, but check this out as well...you DL the file, and flash it just like you would a custom ROM, and this Unroots your phone, stock recovery image, and a stock ROM. all in one easy step.
Unroot/Back to Stock (2.2) Without .sbf or RSD Lite - Droid 1 Only - Droid Forum - Verizon Droid & the Motorola Droid Forum

That looks much simpler then what I linked to. Especially if you are already familiar with installing custom roms through recovery.
