Unrooting problems

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I want to seek some advice.
Device Info:
Model Number: GT-I9300
Android Version: 4.1.1
Baseband version: I9300UBDLI2
Kernel Version: 3.0.31-280104

I rooted my phone with CF-Root v5.0 and it came with SuperSU and CWM. I also downloaded some apps that required rooting. Previously, the stock Android version I had was 4.0.4 and the apps that required rooting worked fine. Then, I updated the firmware 2 times. Then it went to 4.1.1. There was a third update, but it said it cannot because the device was modified. I tried to run the other apps that required rooting like Busybox but showed a message "The device was not properly rooted" and did not work. When I tried to run CWM, it said it needs SuperUser access to function. Then when I opened SuperSU, it said the binary needs to be updated. Then when tried to update it, the installation failed. Internet and other apps work fine though. Any advice on how to unroot?

GT-I9300 is the international SIII.

Minhogang, you'll get the best advice here: http://androidforums.com/international-galaxy-s3-all-things-root. I don't know this phone very well, but the people there will be able to sort you out.

When you say "CWM" doesn't work because you don't have superuser, do you really mean the recovery isn't working, or ROM Manager? I suspect the latter, in which case if you boot directly into recovery that should still work (ROM Manager is frankly unnecessary at best).

When you say you updated from 4.0.4, was this through an OTA update from your carrier? If it is, it's possible you lost root from the OTA update. The All Things Rooted sub-forum is going to be the best place to get help.
