Root Unrooting with z4root question..

When I first rooted I saved my original stock rom to go back if I ever decided. I wanted to go back to stock and was able to do so with z4root (which I used to root initially). The problem is everytime I restart it sends me to the recovery screen instead of just booting the rom. Am I missing something? When I unroot I don't have superuser access and cannot use root only apps but then it boots to recovery. I prompt it to reboot and it does so looking just like the stock rom with the exception of rebooting. Any ideas?

Before you unroot, you have to uninstall Droid X bootstrapper and then disable it. The method I used was through Root Explorer.

Go to system/bin
Mount as R/W
Delete hijack
Delete logwrapper
Change name of logwrapper.bin to logwrapper.
