Root unrooting without factory reset

I want to unroot my Verizon Galaxy S3 to get the Jelly Bean update but I don't want to factory reset. Is there a way to do this?

I used clockworkmod to root. I tried checking "temporary unroot" and tried installing the OTA but it didn't work.
