Root Unrooting

Lurker
I used super1click to unroot my phone which removed superuser. I still have busy box and I want to get rid of it. Most threads say go to market, my apps, busy box, and uninstall. Well for me it is not in my apps. Root checker says I still have it. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of it. Also is there a way to make sure your phone has been unrooted.

Did you reboot the phone?

This happened with my captivate and once I rebooted it it no longer showed as being rooted when i tried root checker.

I did restart it and also factory reset my phone. When I do root checker it says it is not rooted but when I check if busy box is still there it says it is. I am using a samsung infuse.
