I used super1click to unroot my phone which removed superuser. I still have busy box and I want to get rid of it. Most threads say go to market, my apps, busy box, and uninstall. Well for me it is not in my apps. Root checker says I still have it. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of it. Also is there a way to make sure your phone has been unrooted.

Did you reboot the phone?
This happened with my captivate and once I rebooted it it no longer showed as being rooted when i tried root checker.

1) Why in the world would you unroot?
2) You can get back to complete stock by using GTG's Ultimate Unbrick. It works and ive used it multiple times.[ODIN][UCKD5] GTG's Ultimate Unbrick - Return to stock - Working PIT included - xda-developers
