My phone acts up too, when initial boot up it goes haywire acting time out home screen blackout

- Power the device off
- Remove the battery
- Clean the battery terminals with a pencil eraser
- Insert the battery
- Power up the device
- Let us know what happens

That I have done but have continued to be hot, even sometimes I have place it to an a/c outlet to make it cool. That's to let you the situation. Please help me

what phone do you have? have you tried a factory reset?
