Help Unsuccessfull app installation

[Hoping4TheSun]

I just got my Moment today and the only thing I've tried to install so far is the free facebook app. Every time I try, however, it says the installation was unsuccessful. Does anyone know how I can get it to work??

Thanks!

I've heard that you may have to make a call first... not sure If that's true or not but easy enough to try...
