Help Unusual Bootscreen

So this morning, my phone was charged up to the green, decided i'd sleep in a bit more so I turned off the phone and replugged in the plug to get that boosted power.

So i wake up after it hit green again, i turn on the phone and i got like this weird screen. it looked like a rom screen or something i have no idea... My options were... Restart, Boot, Flash Rom, i think.

It had trouble booting though, that's forsure, kept saying trouble loading something. Then it finally worked.

Did you accidentally hold the down volume key when you powered up?

You get that screen when you hold the volume button and power up at the same time.

Ya, I got that screen too. My down volume button was stuck on. I just carefully pryed up the plastic volume button and adjusted the actual button being pressed and it worked again.
