I have a problem but I have no idea how to fix it. Occasionally when i go to make calls I cannot hear the other person at all. The solution is to restart the phone and everything is fine. It seems to be related to bluetooth. When I use the bluetooth and then I switch the bluetooth off to make calls thats when the problem starts/ The bluetooth on the phone is turned off. Its does not happen every time. Pretty much every other time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also I have done a full factory reset as well.

I get the same occasionally if I'm too quick redialing / speed dialing after a previous call. I usually notice this while connected to BT (Ford Sync). I'm thinking its the BT device that needs a moment or 2 to close out the 1st call. Not sure exactly.
Try giving it a few more seconds to reset. Quite often disable BT on the phone then re-enable it might get you going again

What finally fixed it for me was going into settings/my device/voice control and unchecking "incoming calls". I've had bluetooth turned on the whole time and it's not causing the problem.
