1) Is it physically not working or does it just seem to not do anything while you're using the phone normally?
2) Is your phone rooted?
3) Boot into hboot by turning the phone off, then pressing and holding the volume down button while you turn the phone back on. You navigate by pressing volume up/down. Does volume up do anything there. If not, take it to sprint. (but unroot if you have root, first).
4) If it still works in hboot, do a factory reset.

Take it to a Sprint repair center. If they can fix it, it will cost nothing with insurance. Without insurance, it's $35. You can, of course, go through HTC with the warranty, but it's easier to just go to a Sprint repair center.
