Help Up vs Awake....just need clarification.

Some have said to look at the 2 times and their should be "x" amount of time between them, etc. What I don't know is, what do Up and Awake time mean?? How much time SHOULD they be and what time difference should they have?? Also, do these numbers really mean anything to me being that my phone NEVER gets turned off??

Also, someone recommended Spare Parts just to be able to see what is using battery and when, etc...I downloaded it and have no clue what I should be looking at.

Uptime starts when you power up your phone, while its off. Awake time is the time that it is actually running (when you use it) or having apps running.
