Hi, after i rooted my HTC One S, i cannot update it. It reboots and i cannot instal the zip file. It says the update aborted

What update are you trying to run?
If it is an OTA update, do not accept it as you may lose root!!

If you're rooted, you can't install any OTA updates. To install an OTA you have to unroot and relock the bootloader. Usually it's best to just wait for a stock based custom ROM to incorporate it.
