Apps Update App On New Builder

[Update App]

I built a mobile app several years ago using Conduit which is now Como and uploaded to G Play. I have almost 3000 download users, and I want to update the app using a different plug and play builder that does not have added cost per month to me. Plus the app really needs to be updated to current G setups.
How can I download the app info from G Play and use it on a new platform. Or even better, can I just build a new version of the app and reload it to the same one on my G Play account without losing the users?
I have two goals with this: update the app, maintain current users without using Como.
Any help would be appreciated. I am not a coder.

Hopefully, someone in there will be familiar with Conduit / Como and be able to make some suggestions for you.
