I downloaded the software to update to the 2.2 then hook up the aria to the computer follow the instructions it checks the phone and gives me the error 120 saying it needs 30% battery at least.My battery is fully charged with the green light.I have tried taking the battery out to reset but cant get passed the error 120 on the setup please help thanks
