Root Update failed

Well Ive had problems with the current version of CM7.. So I tried to update the cwm to 3.0.2.8 to re-install cm7 to see if my mms will work again.. Now when I boot to cwm, I get a update failed and the buttons at the bottom are all blinking...
I do have cm7 running on my phone, i want to go back to cm6 for awhile.. But now I cant..

Any fixes for this??

Scratch that.. I got 3028 to install...

It just sounds like you'd done the wrong sequence in the buttons. I think we've all done that.
