Root Update fails to install, help!!

Hi all,

My Droid razr hd is rooted and I did have several apps frozen, I unfroze the apps and still the update fails. Is there a way to tell what is causing it to fail? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Moved into the root forum since root is the culprit here.

Have you double checked to make sure you've unfroze all of the frozen stock apps?

Do you currently have a custom recovery? If so, the stock recovery is required to take an OTA update.

Also, since you are rooted, your phone is considered modified at the system level, so the OTA will not take until you flash your phone back to stock.
