Help update failure

even a reset doesn fixed the failure

This morning I had the 19 meg update waiting for me which I installed.
After that I had to check for system updates and the 165 meg ICS download was available. It's installing now!
 
It's now the 28th and I just got home from work.
I went to check on the updates and now I get the following:
"NETWORK COVERAGE
Network coverage is currently poor. Please move to a location with better coverage to continue."

#1 I have never gotten that message before.
#2 I am sitting 12" away from my wireless router! WITH FULL BARS!!!
 
i have the same update notice (germany)

i installed the leaked ics
then i get back to stock 3.2
then updated to 3.2.1

and now "NETWORK COVERAGE
Network coverage is currently poor. Please move to a location with better coverage to continue."
 
I got tired of seeing that "network bad" notice so I decided to do a reset.
Now I do not get that notice anymore but when I click on "update" I get...
Up to date (3.2)
What happened to 4.0??????????/
 
Received gen2 3.2.1 today OTA from my current version 3.2. Pleasant surprise from what I have been reading. Is suppose to set things up for ICS 4 OTA. I will keep you posted.
