Help Update for apps

I was updating like 3 or 4 apps so when i am done i go back to the android market to look at some of my apps. then i see go launcher ex needs to be updated but i just now updated it. so i downloaded them again over wifi so its faster but they still show up so can you help me.
i can possibly do a factory reset i am backed up with titanium back up
so can you guys help me

Try clearing data and cache for the market, this usually fixes issues like this. Goto Setting | Apps | All | Market and you should see the buttons there.

thanks i forgot to clean it it has like 7.50 mb of cache
