Help Update from 4.1.1

I upgraded to a Note 2 on Tmobile at the same time as my husband.

His phone is on 4.1.2

Mine is still on 4.1.1 and I cannot see any way of updating it. I had an icon in the menu bar this morning saying the phone was updating but afterwards when I checked, it was still on 4.1.1

I've read some posts online about some phones being from different countries which is stopping updates.

My phone's details are :

PDA:LIJ / PHONE:LIG / CSC:LIC (EVR)

Any advice gratefully received.

I got a Note 2 on T Mobile UK a month or so ago now, it was already on 4.1.2 out of the box but developed a fault in the 1st week, the replacement was in a sealed box brand new and it came with 4.1.1 but it updated ok no problems.
Silly question but I take it you have gone to Settings/About Device/Software update/Update?
Other than that have you tried Samsung Kies software on your PC?
I have done it either way over the last few years, some people have issues with Kies, but for me its no problem.

When I try updating on the phone I get the message " access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. Try later."

When I try and update through Kies there is no option to update there. It just shows the current status and that's it. There is no update button.

When there is an update for my phone, I aways get that message, I can either wait for it to be available on my phone or just connect to Kies and it tells me there is an update. There is an option in kies software to check for updates, not sure where as I'm on my phone atm.
