Hi 2 Everybody ok i got about 3 questions but 1st i will explain the link below i keep getting this for an update over and over and over and everytime i go thru with the update i get the android character with a "!" inside a yellow triangle its for the F something 29 update ...yeah that wasnt very specific sorry my galaxy s2 is rooted with kernel version 3.0.42+ agat fl27 kernel # v0.6.8 and the other 2 well here

  1. my phone randomly reboots out of nowhere any ideas as to why ?
  2. my lg marquee had this epic option of making the notification and ringtone volume the same level however my galaxy s2 does anybody know of an app that can do that ive searched around and no luck

Rooted should ruin the update process, ignore it.


Random reboots can be caused by any number of things: app conflicts, overheating, rapid battery drain ... need more info.

ah i see now it clicks it was very hot that day when i had it on my car dock never happens when im indoors so yeah that makes alot of sense thank you also do you know of any tweaks or apps etc that can make the notif. and phone volume on the same level ?
 
Disable the auto update checking with the app auto starts, or better yet update to the Rooted Jelly Bean manually (it is so much smoother than ICS).

Kevincott is right, rooting breaks the OTA update ability.
