Help update international model s2 to ics in INDIA

hey i m using galaxy s2 gt i9100....

current version : gingerbread 2.3.5

I bought the fone frm dubai..now i am here in INDIA and i am not receiving any updates via KIES...here 2.3.6 has released and ics is available in some regions....pls anyone help me ??? how can i update my fone ???

i m not even getting 2.3.6 which is officially released in INDIA..... pls help me...thanks in advance....

The update for the OJP firmware hasn't been released yet, as far as I can tell. That's what determines availability, not your actual geographical location.
