Help Update Issue

My girlfriends EVO keeps on saying that it's up to date but it's running 2.2 still. The update poped up once but she deferred it but now she's having other issues and we've been trying to get 2.3. Can anyone help with updating the phone to 2.3?

I'm having similar issue. I still haven't received a notice to update to 2.3. When I initiate a manual check it just says "checking." It never gets beyond that, so i'm stuck with 2.2

Have you tried rebooting? Maybe update profile and prl and see if that helps.

Tried all of the above weeks ago. Still can't get it to work. I might have to call Sprint at some point. *Sigh*

Try doing the updates today, then reboot.
