Help Update KIES Disconnect other devices problem

Hey guys, I finally got my SGS2 connected to kies. Now when I click upgrade it says "To continue with the upgrade, disconnect all devices except the target device (SGH-I777) from the computer, then proess OK button"

Nothing else is connected. NOTHING.

If I press ok the box just pops back up.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the same exact issue. I've disconnected all USB devices except my keyboard and mouse.

I got it to work, I'm just not 100% sure what did it. It was either by closing firefox, outlook, and/or restarting kies.

I had the same problem and I tried restarting kies and it works fine after that.
