Update LG optimus x2 without wifi ?

hey peeps,
I have an optimus x2, but wifi wouldn't work. I got an notification today that theres an firmware OTA avaiable but i can't download it because i have no wifi (it's wifi only i guess?)... How the hell can i update now ?

Download the Lg phone sowftware update tool on your computer, plug it in, hopefully the itll update to gingerbread through there

funny, i just flashed my rom so now i have gingerbread because i didnt want to wait today and its just come out? FML Lol

Yeah i tried that, but i get an error that says the communication or something is broke... It doesn't past 4 percent ...

How comes your wifi isn't working? Have you tried a factory reset or does the wifi connect but not actually work?
