update on rom

I have a cwm build I think would work but I don't know how to push it on.
That's what I really need, not the cwm its self
 
I just got an idea!!!!!
Ok so you
1.download rom manager, pick any of the phones listed,
2.download the recovery image. 3.Then you replace that recovery with your own so rom manager thinks it is yours.
4. You flash it through rom manager
Playfulgod did this to get cwm on the optimus m :D
There's a few small details check out the thread in the optimus m forum I'd link it but im on my phone.
I still dont understand why adb wont work though lol
 
Anyone have any info on this? I dont see it booting after install of new recovery before reinstalling own but I'm not sure.
 
oh I know. Sorry, I was referring to the flashing with Tom manager then reflashing stock recovery from own image.
 
I tried the flash via cwm and it don't work. Got it to the cwm screen but i got the keys all effed up and had to pull my battery.

I'm gonna wait for someone with a better idea of what they are doing.

Oh, the PC problem is simple, I lack the ram and disk space on harddrive nessisary to run Linux on live CD or even installed to HD. I may have better luck if I upgrade the ram but is SD ram not DDR so finding it is proving hard.
 
Oh I see now :D did you try just like the steps on Playfulgod's guide in the om forums, it might be better to wait for the dev who is working on it to just finish it up ;)

i have a semi new computer for sale if you want it sony viao about 5 years old a gig of ram a lightscribe CD/DVD reader /writer all it needs is a hard drive hit me up if you want it 100$
