Android Question

i updated the OS on my M9 at the back end of last week and, despite having the update checked at a local Carphone warehouse store,
it asks me to update approx 1 hour after clearing the nag screen. If I go to settings, about, software updates, it checks and confirms my newly updated status. Yet within the hour the nag screen is back informing me that the latest update is available.
Is there a way to stop this before Apple gets a new convert????

When it offers you the update, is it definitely the same version you're on.?
If so idk what to recommend. Never heard of this before but I've read guys disgussing disabling the "nag" so hopefully one of them jumps in and hopefully it doesn't require root
Good luck

I've found a way around it by force stopping the updater. This is ok as a temp fix but if I need to restart for any reason it becomes enabled again.

Cant it be disabled?
