Help Update Problem. Please reply asap.

Hey folks,

I am really in a need of a new update, got bored of this JB crap, I tried many times to update my S3 up but it always (I really mean always) keeps saying "Your device is modified, updates aren't available", even when I head to check my device status it displays as "Normal", ALWAYS! Now, is it my phone playing a joke on me or something else is shitting around.
Guys, I am in a need of serious help. Please suggest any way to turn my phone to normal mode fo' real.
PS: Don't suggest the External SD card way, I don't have any external thing.

Phones don't have a sense of humour, so something in your setup makes it think that the software has been modified.

The best way to return your phone to 100% stock is to flash the newest firmware available for your version of the s3 and carrier with Odin.
