Help Update Problem...will be saving me a lot of trouble

Hi Guys,
new here and have just registered in order to create a topic and get some help.

I was updating my girlfriends S2 to ICS I was following all the steps I was asked, but then it suddenly got to 82% and stopped.

On the phone it now says 'firmware upgrade encountered problem....'

Is there anything I can do? Please help me, and please be as less tech savvy as poss.
