Have 2 Vitrias that are working well. However, about 2-3 times week the notification screen shows a download to update what appears to be the build number. The existing number ends with 132 and the update want to go to 137.
I click OK and the program reboots the phone...downloads the file and begins install. Gets to the end of the install and says aborted. I have spoken with Huawei and taken it to Metro a few times. No one seems to have an idea. Metro tried rooting and unrooting...no help. They both even had me reset the phones, clean caches, etc.. Both phones react the same.
I'm not sure this update will do anything but would like to get rid of the nuisance of going through the exercise so often as it goes nowhere.
They both told me that my 4.1.2 will be as high as it will go. I don't really want to go into ROM updates and such. Getting too old for that.
