Hey guys,
I've been having issues with my phone being laggy, GPS taking foreverrrrr to work (even after resetting with GPS Status app), and other minor issues prior to the OTA update I got yesterday.
This is TB #4, so I don't know if the actual phone is defective or not (I've had it for 3 weeks.) Not rooted.
Since the update, I cannot get 4G or 3G at all. I've tried playing with switching from CDMA to LTE in settings. I've done a bazillion restarts. I've deleted extraneous apps, which probably has nothing to do with it but it seemed like a good idea.
I can't do a battery pull because I can't get the Seidio case off. (I've watched the video understand how it works but it's just not coming off.)
If I go into the settings and search for a new update, I see 4G but I still don't have a data connection.
Any advice before I go to Verizon and raise hell?
