Help Update SGH-I337

I bought an unlocked Samsung S4 SGH-I337. (It is not running on AT&T but Rogers in Canada) It is currently running 4.2.2 but when I try to update through the AT&T software update it says, Checking for Updates but then says Software Update Interrupted no updates available. I have also tried to update using Samsung Kies on my computer and get told that my phone is up to date.

So, any suggestions? Is it even possible to update this phone?

I can't speak to your Kies issue because I've never used it. However, I do know that you can't get an OTA update for an AT&T phone unless you are on the AT&T network. But… if you change the APN (in Settings > More networks > Mobile networks) to match Rogers settings, you should be able to get an OTA from them.
