Help Update stuck while installing!

Hi,

i'm quite new to android. I've only had my DHD (my first Android phone) for about a week and a half.

So the problem is that, while installing the new updates that it just downloaded, it rebooted and after that i only got a sort of an error "message" (picture) on the screen. I've tried pressing every button and tapping the screen of the phone, with no result.

Help please !

I had to pull the battery out and then put it back in and restart phone then it worked, kind of strange

YES! I've had the same issue today. Pulling the battery out and restarting worked to get the phone working again, but the update was not installed...
