Update today?

The other day I called Boost to ask about the V4 update. The rep had me do ##72786# which after doing its thing resulted in nothing....Rep says apparently there are no updates. Then this morning after turning phone on lo and behold there's the update notification going from LS740Zv3_17 to ZV4_08-inc...
Now I show Build number....KOT49I.LS740ZV4 Software version LS740ZV4...Unfortunately while I dont have record of original I think base band was changed also

today my carrier less rom received the update downloaded prompt. now also looking to find a way to disable it.

I'm in Atlanta on Virgin Mobile. I finally got the update this morning on Oct 1st, 2014... Took long enough but I am finally on V4.
