Update versions?

I keep seeing a bunch of talk about an update today (I haven't been lucky enough to get it yet :() but what version does it update the phone to?

Would love to be able to compare what I have to the update.

TIA!

Except for where it didn't: Wrong baseband, call history is the same, haven't seen any Bluetooth discovery popup, no tabbed layout in the app drawer, no desktop cradle app, and no NY Times book mark.

Oh, the got the bloatware part right... Yea, more bloatware.

But I haven't had a shutdown in two days.

That's the best part about it... a) the numbers don't match, and b) they didn't apply any of the updates that are listed...

I know, what's up with that anyway? Some things did make it into the update let's hope, like the reboot fix. Although I'm sure you all noticed Verizon didn't go out on a limb with that opting instead to list the problem as "reduced" rather than "repaired" in the documentation. But isn't it nice that they showed more ambition with expanded bloatware? I guess the message is please enjoy this commercial for VCAST while you continue waiting for those other things....you know, like skype video. :D By the way, without skype video, and unless you're a certain New York congressman, what the heck else is a front facing camera for?

Seriously, though...anyone have any educated guesses as to why the update numbers noted don't match what we just received and why there were some apparent omissions from the listed features?

Just wondering is all.

It's because the intern that copy & pasted didn't know how to copy and paste the right information.

Something even better is found on all of the Update Instruction PDF's.

On the 2nd page under "System Update While Roaming" you'll see the words "add steps" in the first step. Whoever edited the document obviously never added the steps and did the same for ALL android phones.
