Help Update versus Leak? Why can't I get the update?

Two questions:

1. Is the leaked update from a little while ago the same, worse or better than the new update?

2. Can those of us who installed the leaked update get the OTA update?

1. The OTA and first leaked update are the same exact files.

2. If you installed the leaked update you've been using the OTA for some time.
