update with KIES

hi all. I have the samsung galaxy 5 and I want to update from Androind 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.3. Is it possible? how? i want with Kies because i dont want to root my phone
 
It's not out in all countrys yet so if you can't update with Kies yet then you must wait.

I myself am still waiting in the U.K
