Updated Available Message

I've been getting the notification that "Udpates are Available" quiet frequenly lately. However, when I go to it, nothing is showing that needs to be updated. All it does is display a list of my applications.

This is getting annoying. Especially since it takes a while to connect sometimes. Is anyone else having this issue?

Try clearing the data and cache for your market app through settings -> applications -> manage applications

I hate that the market has these weird bugs. It's very annoying. Seems like every 2 weeks I have to clear the cache or something.

Can you be more descriptive. I went to settings/ applications/ manage applications and there is no menu to clear data or cache? It's just a list of applications.

Go to market now and you'll see those option for it

Try clearing the data and cache for your market app through settings -> applications -> manage applications

Go to the list of applications, find Market, select it, clear cache, clear data.
