Two minor issues of note:
First, I cannot hear a single person on my calls. I'm not 100% that it's the rom, as I did a screen changeout and may have messed up the speaker at the top, not sure, but I have parts to fix. If anyone has had this issue, it would be great to know, so I don't tinker where I don't want to LOL
Second, when I flashed this thing, I almost had a heart attack at how much awesomeness was now contained in my phone

i have a 8gb class 6 sd card and that seemed to stop all the problems of fc's.
i did set it to full animations when i changed from the stock 2gb ...
i thought the droid jumped around faster too .
