Updated to 4.22 sense 5

Got the update today and updated to Android 4.22 Sense 5. Tried the blink feed for 5 mins before putting it back to how it was before. Phone seems more responsive.

Things i've notices are the loss of "Task manager" and the Various "skins" in personalise. It's a whole new look and feel. They set the home screen panels back to how they were in ICS in that they no longer spin continuously.
I'll have to play a bit more to see what else I find.
Any one else have this yet? Any Observations?

I'm in the UK on an unlocked sim free phone. One SV 4G LTE C525U version

Also worth noting that car mode is now actually usable and works in both portrait and landscape and is customisable and apps can be added and shifted around. The camera functions are significantly improved also. The app drawer now scrolls vertically and folders can be used in there in custom mode. It is a lot more responsive also.

Note my phone is stock and not rooted..can I still retrieve the OTA?
I will look if it is still there, where would it be located?
I note that they have it all anyway on XDA, where several members from here are discussing it. There is a link to the RUU and more.

Maybe you could do a system dump and grab the kernel as well. I could get it booted on the boost variant for anyone that wants a sneak peak at the new version.

Got the upgrade to 4.2.2 sense 5.0 and am not too happy.
The main issue I have is the phonebook. Now I can only view the last call and NOT all the previous calls. The prompts on the bottom have gone i.e. people, history etc. These now have to be accessed on a dropdown menu where you need baby fingers as the 'button' is minute. Even in the dropdown menu 'previous calls' are not an option as all I have now is history which is too detailed.
I would be delighted if somebody has a tip that can make my now near useless htc one sv phone more functionable.

Near useless because of the call history? That's a bit extreme. Could use a different app I suppose, from the phone book issue.

The call history is all still there, all you need to do is swipe your finger to the left to show the next pane on the right of the last call. Swipe again and you get to your phonebook, again to your groups and again to your favourites. Also to access the dropdown menu just hit the bottom right main button (assuming you have set it to menu from recent apps in settings).
